A big thank you to Sam for all his help with my troublesome garage door. After seeing all the excellent reviews for Gar-Tech i decided to reach out and was greeted by Sam who agreed to come out same day. Sam was able to quickly assess and repair the issue as well as provided me with maintenance tips to avoid the issue in the future. I was looking to replace my 15yo garage opener to a new unit with the latest and greatest tech and I was planning to reuse any existing panel and sensors where possible. Sam was willing to listen and accommodate my request.  He was very efficient and his installation was clean. I had a broken torsion spring, couldn't open my garage door.  Called Sam in the morning, he had availability to come by same day.  Upon arriving he addressed the issue, had the parts was able to fix very quickly.  He knows his job extremely well and is very efficient.  Will continue to use him and highly recommend him. We’ve used Sam twice already for our garage door repairs and will continue to use him in the future. The first time to help repair the garage door when it came off the track and the second time to replace a worn out spring. Not only was he able to accommodate us immediately, but the events were a couple years apart and he remembered us! His service and the way he conducts himself is professional, honest and trustworthy.
