I was looking to replace my 15yo garage opener to a new unit with the latest and greatest tech and I was planning to reuse any existing panel and sensors where possible. Sam was willing to listen and accommodate my request. He was very efficient and his installation was clean. He also communicated with me when it was not possible to fulfill some of the itinerary from my request with an explanation.

I had a broken torsion spring, couldn't open my garage door. Called Sam in the morning, he had availability to come by same day. We’ve used Sam twice already for our garage door repairs and will continue to use him in the future. The first time to help repair the garage door when it came off the track and the second time to replace a worn out spring.
